Day 4 (4 June 2013) Belmont Primary & Caversham Wildlife Park

It's our 11th birthday! We celebrated it in Perth.

Many well-wishes from friends and teachers on this special day.

Everybody sang the birthday song for us!

Mrs Walters welcoming the Riverlites at Belmont.

The bell at Belmont School is so different from ours at Rivervale.

Performance by the pre-schoolers was very entertaining.

Look! The students are having their daily spelling test.

A tour of the colourful classrooms.

We had fun getting to know our new friends.

Riverlites interacting with their Australian counterparts.
Look at the product of the new friendship!

Recess Time! Come on, share this with me!
A classroom experience to make a structure to protect a falling egg.
Look at us! Working with our hands is fun!

Belmont Primary

Mdm Maria presented the token of appreciation to the principal of Belmont Primary.

Buffet lunch at Whiteman Cafe!

We are having salad, bread, chicken wings and 'satay' (Australian style).

At Caversham WildlifePark, our guide, Peter, provided us with information about the Australian animals.

We finally got to take a picture with the koalas and feed the kangaroos.
Waiting for the farm show to began was such a torture...

Our photography skills improved as we tried to take pictures of the mysterious owls and clever possums.

Back at the hotel, we had a simple buffet dinner. (Salad, cream mushroom or bolognese pasta and garlic bread)
